We listen to what the Buyer wants and needs and then go out and find it for them! We preview homes to eliminate ones that won’t work for them based on location or floorplan. We don’t want to waste their time. We want to use our time with them efficiently. We want the Buyer to be comfortable in their new home and still be able to afford the other things in their life. We will not try to up-sell our Buyer! We work with Buyers until they have all of the information to make the right decision for their family. We know that Buyers can find their home online and many of our Buyers have done just that. Our job is to negotiate the best price for them and to get them to the close of escrow with the least amount of anxiety and problems for them. Buying a home is a very complicated process. We do all of the work ourselves! We do not hand our Buyers off to an assistant. They communicate directly with us and we handle all of the paperwork and inspections. We’ve been Realtors for a long time (Emily got her license in 1980) and we have good relationships with other agents. They like to work with us because they know that we do our job and proceed through a smooth escrow. Many times our Buyer’s offer has been accepted over other Buyer’s offer, even though our Buyer offered less because the Seller’s agent had worked with us and trusted us. We are detail oriented and take the Buyer through escrow with as few problems as possible. Emily has been involved with the sale/purchase of almost a thousand homes and Jessica worked in a real estate law firm for two years while attending Pepperdine University so we understand the process. We’re not practicing on our Buyers! We have many Buyers that have bought and or sold multiple homes with us. There is no greater compliment than to have a repeat client or one that refers us to their family members or friends. This is our ultimate goal! We don’t take our clients for granted and we do the little things that show them that we truly care about them. That’s why our business is nearly 100% from clients with whom we’ve worked and their referrals. | |
